Action: hpwGetSpecialFolder - Get different system paths by name or hex-value

I have coded 6 constants, but with the hex value option you can get every you want.
Search for 'CSIDL Constants' and you should find them.

Bugfix for hpwIsNumeric (Only 1 comma or dot between numbers allowed)

Before it was a simple check that all chars were either number or the comma or dot.

Bugfix for hpwLineSort for sort method NA,ND,NAAA and NDAA (Use now 64bit instead of 32bit Integers)


Line's with numbers > 32 bit throw a error when sorted. Now 64bit should allow bigger integers.

There is one problem. Maybe just me?

If the plugin installed in the window "plugins" to move up, then delete the file after shelknuv plugin install and look in the window "plug-ins", all the plug-ins that were below prior to removing disappear.

Set the double-click on the plug-in.
Open the window "Installed Plugins"
Plug at the bottom.
Move plug up the list.
Remove the plug in the "Installed Plugins"
Close the window "Installed Plugins"
Set the double-click on the plug-in.
Open the window "Installed Plugins"

All plug-ins that were deleted in the list below.

If none of this happens, it seems to me it is time to reinstall the system.
Seen it a coincidence that I noticed this is your plugin.

On the other plugins I have the same thing happens.
