Hello,
The popular image viewer and converter seems to be missing here:
http://www.irfanview.com/
The irfanview thumbnail-browser is one the best and fastest viewer.
Recently I found out that you can call it directly via commandline with a filelist-parameter to show only that files. Very nice.
One of the best shareware's I ever registered.
