At first run the WebBrowser is not rendering right (page does not display and there are JavaScript errors) The user is prompted to set the current IE Emulation mode in the Windows registry for better rendering with HTML 5 and CSS 3 documents. The user is again prompted to restart the program for changes to take effect. When the program restarts users will see the correct IE Emulation mode for better rendering with HTML 5 and CSS 3 documents. They will not be prompted again.
(This code should go into the Book Startup Properties but it is in the Page Startup to make it easier for you to test this example. There are two mode examples in the code: firstrundemo.exe and firstrundemo_Test.exe) You must compile/publish (firstrundemo.exe) in your Pub Directory for this example to work.
