Bonjour le forum.

J'ai un souci avec le plugins Neobookpdf.
Mes recherches sur le forum et sur le web à ce sujet ne m'ont pas permis de résoudre mon problème...
Lorsque je tente d'ouvrir un .pdf (avec neobookpdf) apparaît le message "Acrobate reader not installed" alors que la dernière version d'Adobe est sur mon ordinateur et que je lis tous les pdf normalement avec le lecteur.

Quelqu'un a-t'il été confronté à ce problème ?
Existe t-il une solution ?

Bonjour. Pour ma part, j'utilise la fonction "run" pour ouvrir les pdf et aucun pb. Par contre, si on veut l'ouvrir dans un rectangle, je viens de faire le test, tout fonctionne. Est-ce que acrobat est bien le programme associé par défaut aux pdf dans Windows ? Cordialement.

Hello,

Another possibility is to use the WebBrowser object in order to shown the PDF document. You can just put the PDF file path as the WebBorwser URL. I try it and works fine here in Windows 8. Maybe you can also use a more advanced way using some Javascript stuff in order to shown the PDF in a WebBrowser, however I did not try this.

NeoBookPDF should work with the current version of Acrobat Reader, but you may need to install the 32-bit version in order for it to be accessible from NeoBook.

Celle de Dec me parait simple à mettre en œuvre mais lorsque le navigateur a affiché le pdf, tout se bloque !

Sinon, avec Acrobate Reader 32 bits ça fonctionne bien mais si le client ne l'a pas installé sur son ordinateur ça complique la chose.

I am sorry. Maybe it's due to the Adobe Reader dependencies or something else. Certainly I test it four diferent PDF documents (you can also try various documents) showing in four diferent WebBrowser objects and all works like expected in both designtime and runtime, using the latest NeoBook v5.8.5b version and Windows 8.1.



Maybe you can try using the NeoBookPDF plugin or the WebBrowser and anyway provide to the user a way (a button for example) in order to open the PDF document externally. Are you tried executing the Acrobar Reader in a rectangle like neobook84 suggest? Are you sure you have the latest Acrobat Reader version?
