Increase your screen dpi to 125-150% and see by yourself. Minor bug(?), but it's annoying on my asus k95vb laptop (had to switch it's full-hd res to larger dpi)

Insert action dialog - non-standard dpi bug(?)
"Insert action" dialog looks poor on non-standard (>100%) screen dpi settings (wrong positioning/scaling, see picture)
