Duplicate offset and move distance for objects

I would like to see two features in the next update:

1. Set own values for the x and y offset when duplicating an object.
2. Set the value for the distance when you move an object with shift+arrow key

Both could be defined in options -> set preferences

Would be also nice to have a shortcut to preferences.

Both of these control be controlled with the "grid spacing" under Options > Grid Settings. This will work even when the grid is turned off.

But it is not working as expected. I am not able to enter values < 4 pixels and > 50 pixel. If you could change this in the next update it would be great. Also a shortcut to the grid settings would be handy.
