Fixes
Corrected a problem that prevented the progress dialog‘s cancel button from working when uploading or downloading large files via FTP .
Fixed an issue that caused the fmCopyFrom action to fail under certain conditions.
Additional minor improvements to handling of unexpected terminations of FTP connections.
