A customer has reported that compiled publications that use NeoBookFM/FTP do not completely unload from memory after being shutdown. We have not been able to reproduce this problem here on any of our test PCs. The customer is using XP (SP2), but testing on other Windows versions may also be helpful. We would like to know is the problem is limited to a single PC or if it can be reproduced elsewhere. If you would like to help:
To reproduce the error:
1. Run the Windows Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del.
2. Compile one of the example publications ("Basic File Manager" or "FTP Client") included with NeoBookFM/FTP.
3. Run the compiled example pub exe from Windows Explorer.
4. Close the compiled example pub (use the "x" button in the upper right corner of the pub's window.)
5. Look at the "Processes" tab in Task Manager and see if you can find the name of the compiled example publication. It should disappear once the exe is closed - although it may take one or two seconds.
Let us know if you can reproduce this problem or not.
Thanks for your help.

Hi..
I test the compiled exe's on my system Windows XP Professional with SP3 English with all updates without problems. The Basic File Manager (Beta) took 2 seconds to unload from memory and the FTP Client (Beta) unloaded instantly.
Recently i experience a lot of problems using Kaspersky suite 2010 with applications don't run, pages on Firefox don't open without any message or a reason given from Kaspersky. Even when i was disable him, the problems was continue. Tell your customer to check he's Antivirus.
