There is a difference in using the arrow-keys, when I have a selected area active.
When whole image is visible, the arrow keys move the selected area.
When I have zoomed in and the scrollbars are visible, the arrow-keys move the view relative to the whole bitmap.
In 'zoomed out' the arrow-keys should work as in 'zoomed in'.
Together with the ALT-key the selected area is moved pixelwise.
Also the combination with SHIFT works different:
When whole image is visible, the SHIFT-arrow keys move the selected area in grid-jumps.
When I have zoomed in and the scrollbars are visible, the SHIFT-arrow-keys move the view relative to the whole bitmap.
In 'zoomed out' the SHIFT-arrow-keys should work as in 'zoomed in'.
Together with the SHIFT-key the selected area is moved gridwise.
Arrows works different when 'zoomed in'
