Panda Antivirus does not allow install the program.

Apparently many anti-virus apps will display a message that says "xxx anti-virus prevented an unrecognized program from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk..." Ironically, the error message may also say "Verified publisher: NeoSoft Corp."

There is nothing wrong with the file. It's not infected with viruses.

The file is new and thus is unrecognized by your AV program.

The file is digitally signed with a valid code signing certificate!

If you want to install NeoAppBuilder, you will have to ignore the ominous warning.

No issues when installing with Windows Defender.

The file have been checked by avast, and now after about 24h, no more issue.
