There is already a post on this, but I don't think we need to worry about IE and neobook. The new browser doesn't appear to be a replacement. It is needed to make an MS browser compatible across device platforms. IE isn't going anywhere. In fact, Windows won't run without it, it is so integrated into the OS. You can uninstall IE browser, but the core will always remain. Whether or not they offer an API to the new browser will remain to be seen.
