It would be possible to explain to us with a little more detail, what is the function of HackinBook.exe?

I also scan the EXE file and got a result of 2/48:

Hi, the function of the Hackinbook.exe is a compiler for hackinscript. This script is similar to MS-DOS Batch Script. An example "@echo off"will be written in Hackinscript this way " clearcomm" i hope you get me. More details are included in help menu of the application. I hope you get me now.
