I encode it again with password 123456 and rebuild it by the batch.
This works for me as expected.
I keep your nbp and nbr as _org.
I sent you the zip back by mail.
You may compare the batch with your build process.
You may also compare my encoded version with one from you,

Correctly I understood the translation. My file is NewPlugin_org.nbp. He works.
NewPlugin.nbp does not work.

So the problem is in the system locale. I think so.
I will solve this problem.

NewPlugin_org.nbp is your file but not encoded. Therefor it works.
The problem might be that the plugin name is not corectly readed from the resource on your russian OS.
The password evaluation will fail.

Just released MyEmbeddedPlugin 1.12:

New hidden variable [*/*MyEmbeddedPluginDllName] with loaded plugin-filename and path.
New hidden variable [*/*MyEmbeddedPluginResName] with loaded plugin-resourcename from 'internal name' without extension.

Should allow better debugging for the developer on foreign OS/PC.
[*/*MyEmbeddedPluginResName] show the used string to build the password variable-name.

Ok, is not checked. But Encoding without a Password makes really no sense.

What plugin do you mean? In the About-window there is no version.
In the neobook window 'Installed Plugins' there are hpwEncode 1.10 and MyNewEmbeddedPlugin 1.12
In your own plugin you set Version yourself during Setup/binding
