ozSMS now you can send SMS Messages straight from Neobook to mobile/cellular Phones, I spoke with the service provider and got them to wave the activation fee from $129.00 down to $19.00 for Neobook developers, messages are charged at 12 cents each and there is a minimum of $12.00 per month

I suppose that covers world wide coverage or most of it.. hope this helps
