Hello,
Does anyone know how to change the 1 pixel outline color Windows 10 uses around every app window, either from within the NB app or from Windows 10?
I have a tiny little app (240x25) That has a black background and no title bar. I want it to disappear into my dark wallpaper, but Windows puts a medium gray line around the app which makes it stick out. I'd like to either turn off the outline or make it black. I'm okay with having all app border lines black if it comes to that.
Thanks.

I don't know if you can remove the outline or change the color, but why not use "Custom shaped window" instead?

Take a look at custom shaped window under Window style in book properties.
