I think you ad it as a javascript sub under the menu Project> Subroutines... Then click the new sub button then select javascript. This whole NAB thing is new to me too so this is just a guess.

hpwMenu suggestion

A nice addition to this great plugin would be system tray menu manipulations like:

add system tray menu item
delete system tray menu item
edit system tray menu item
check/uncheck system tray menu item
enable/disable system tray menu item
