Send email with data
Since I do not see an email tools, I am guessing I would need to use js as a way to end an email. This is just a test to see if I can do it. I want to use a paragraph tool to get the data and a variable to store my email address and then a button to send the paragraph to the email address stored in ...

Re: Simple step by step to make and install
Ok, I confess it is true, I am an old fart as some have alledged. I make no bones about it, except maybe fragile ones. The truth is however, I have become spoiled. And the one who must take the blame for that is none other than Neo Dave. yes you David. You spoiled me by making things too easy for me...

Re: Simple step by step to make and install
Thanks for the great feed back guys. That is encouraging or at least hopeful. I think anyway you can get the phonegap thing down to the simplest form is needed. I know a lot of the folks around here may have no problem with it but then there is the other group that will need all the help we can get....

Simple step by step to make and install
Ok, I'm about to start to finally get involved with the app builder. But I need some very basic information. Maybe someone can help. 1. It appears that the help file has not yet been created. Is that a true statement? If so is there any projected time for its deployment? 2. I am an android (user) so...

Rotate an object (Pushbutton) by degrees
Anyone come up with a way to rotate an object like a pushbutton by a number of degrees? Either in the IDE or programatically?
I don't think it is possible but thought I would inquire.
I've tried using an image and polygone but not quite what I want.
Thanks

Re: Bulk lock and unlock, visible and invisible toggle
Thanks for the ideas and comments from both Davids. One more question of clarification to NB David. In the NB pub file text, What flexibiity is there as far as location of information? I suspect it is fairly freeform as long as it between the objectnumbers and ObjectID. For example can I put a locke...

Re: Bulk lock and unlock, visible and invisible toggle
I suspect from your reply that there is not a character in the pub script that can be ignored by the compiler. If so I could replace or insert something relative to the object name and then find it next time. ##Pushbutton01 would be ignored. I could then write a pub to do replace that as necessary. ...

Bulk lock and unlock, visible and invisible toggle
On objects that allow them to be locked in position or have a visible attribute to check on and off: Is there currently anyway in the design environment to turn the lock for all objects on and off at one time? Some with the visible attribute? The only way I know to do this is to edit the actual pub ...

App Program
Whatever happen to all the discussion on the new app program? Did I got to sleep and wake up in another world? It's happened before. Seems like all disappeared?

Re: Read contact closure from NB
You are absolutely right. That is how I do it when using the NB browser and writing to a mysql table. It records the imei number. But with a wifi relay, it is just a contact so even though it knows that info there is not much for it to do with it but close the contact. In the eight relay board It gi...

Re: Read contact closure from NB
I have different needs, probably like others. For one application the single input is good. But for others like gaming using a smartphone as input I would need to know which phone is sending the signal so a wifi relay does that, but to my knowledge you can only control one relay per phone. So for 8 ...

No problem David. (Lot of Davids around here, not sure what that means)
You've certainly done your share of plugins already.
Thanks

Re: Read contact closure from NB
Very cool! So if i hooked it up to a wifi relay (with contact closure from wifi signal) instead of the switch I should be able to get the same result.
I presume I could do the same thing with 8 different inputs from 8 relays? what would be needed to do that?
