Does anyone know to run this plugin ?

I followed all instructions on this page, but it does not work.
I wrote to "David de Argentina", but he does not answer...

If anyone can help me and do this test, it would be very nice.
If you know another plugin for 3D, even if it seems you childish and useless, thank you specify.

Hello David...

I can install and uninstall the OCX file with no problem, no error message.
I compiled NeoRender3D.pub, but I can do nothing else. I sent you a private message with a screen, there a few days... :

It's a shame because this plugin can read many 3D formats.
It's really interesting to me...

These two images are not compiled because they were not found (Normal, as have the Local address).
Except these two images, I have no error during compilation.

After the nag screen (plugin registration) you must get this screen:



If you does not get this image ( see the violet cube at the center of the screen ) the ocx is not properly installed or you have a problem on your system.

That's why I asked other users to do this test.
Instead of the cube, there is a empty "web page"... I do not understand why.

What is the graphics technology used by this plugin ?
My PC is new, it is a AlienWare, a big machine for 3D apps.

Try setting IE Explorer to version 8 or previous.

My develop machine has XP and IE8, and all works fine.

I am running on Windows 7 64-bits Pro. It's technically unthinkable to install a browser too old on such a recent machine. I understand that this plugin is incompatible with Windows 7 and 8. Certainly I have no luck. The only 3D plugin for NeoBook date of Windows XP... And now you say that to me, I check the date of some files (Wow, there were Dinosaurs at that time!) :

CW3230MT.DLL : 1997
TRIANG32.DLL : 1999
DXBMP32.DLL : 2000

Even with the greatest will in the world, it would take a real computer and technological miracle for this plugin works on Windows 7/8. David, I'm sorry for the loss of time, but a massive update would be useful

I hope it will be possible. This plugin is just excellent. But too old...

"This plugin is a wrapper of the eview32.OCX. This ActiveX is an abandoned project and it does not have any kind of support or upgrades. "
