CustomWindow OnTop

Hi everyone!

I created a Neo Publication OnTop, but when I show any window with "CustomWindow" action,
my Neo Publication order is in "Normal".

I would like to keep my Neo Publication OnTop even as I use "CustomWindow" action.

I have tried it but nothing happens... is this possible? how to get it?
(Any plugin? Although I don't wanna use any plugin)

This is actually a problem with the version of Delphi we use to create NeoBook. Much time has been spent trying to work around this bug in the past with mixed results. Sorry for the inconvenience.
