textures in NeoPaint

Is is possible to create a texture? I seem to remember that there used to be a selection of textures on the left of the paint window, but I can't find them any more. I'd attach a sample but I don't see any Attach window in this forum and I don't understand how to use the Img command. At any rate, it is blue with small wavy lines, looks like watery waves. Is that possible in NeoPaint?
