Hello,

After the Windows 8 launch there are a lot of recommodation on the web for a start-menu solution for Windows 8.
This one seems to be a good tool for windows 8 desktop user and it is free and open source. (And not only for Windows8.)

I agree, installed it 24 hrs ago and it works like a charm. It is free, and it is VERY adaptable.
