A Better Slider - Click on Track to set new values

Recently, a member expressed a desire to have the value of a Slider Tool be set with a click on the object's "Track" ; the native NeoBook object enables values to be set either by sliding the "Thumb" or change values (1 pixel at a time) by clicking on the "Track".

Here is a pub that illustrates a composite Slider (made up of a Slider & Button) that enable users to change values merely by clicking at different positions along the "Track" ; the ability to drag the Slider's "Thumb" is also available to the user.
