Run In Rectangle (Wow & Dud)

I thought I'd try to run Chrome & FireFox in a Rectangle.

Chrome doesn't want to be bound.

NB says FireFox is bound (Wow), but it never shows anything but the rectangle.

I was excited about FireFox, but then it was a (Dud) when it never really came up.

I wanted to test some webRTC stuff.

As I was typing this, it had pulled up FireFox, then FireFox immediately crashed.
