Increase IDE working area...

Post by David de Argentina »

Hi Dave,

My loved monitor was dead...

I have bought a new monitor. 23 inches, 1920 x 1080 pixels.

I just discovered some programs that stores objects, custom windows, etc, outside PUB window, shows this "hidden" objects because new screen resolution is enough big to show this "off window" objects.

Perhaps is a good idea increase the IDE working area in order to put enough far the objects outside the main program...

If the objects are left, they are not visible.

Also, if objects are used for Custom Window, they may be arranged on another page.

IDE zone limitless.

Put the object move scroll, and again can move the object.
And so on to infinity.

With all the objects do not work.

Those facilities are necessary to hide \ show must be on the same page where they cause.
Put the object move scroll, and again can move the object.
And so on to infinity.
If I remember correctly, the window size 16000 pixels. :)

David de Argentina:

I am not sure I understand your issue completely ... but try locating them using negative values (for Left and/or Top) ... e.g. if object is 100 px by 100 px, using -110 will make sure it doesn't show no matter what the screen size.
