Pub doesnt open with NeoBookFM/FTP

Better late than never.

The only thing I can think of is that there is something different about these particular installations of Windows 7 Starter. Another user has reported no problems running FM/FTP apps on Starter, so I'm not sure what to suggest. It could be a conflict with another application, anti-virus, driver, etc. Unfortunately, unless we can reproduce the problem here, the chances of finding the cause are close to zero.
