Primary key for each table

The answer is usually 'create a primary index field such as AutoInc' when using Microsoft Access as the database.
Should each Table in the Database have an primary index field?

I am still getting this error (from time to time) usually after closing a Report.
But not sure if the error is only revealed after closing the Preview of the Report.

Yes. My experience is that all MS Access tables need to have a primary key.
